 Hiring: |
We offer three types of services:
- hiring out a small sized instrument.
- the "leasing" (hiring out with purchase option).
- hiring out an equipment under test.

| Hiring of a small size instrument : |
General conditions :
- 1. Azzato only hires violins, violas and cello's of small size (no 4/4).
The list of the hired instruments and the hiring tariffs are shown in heading (cfr. infra B.).
- 2. A hiring contract is by the month with a minimum of three months from the contract signature.
No more than 20-month hiring will be provided.
- 3. A guarantee is due at the time of the contract signature.
This guarantee is a deposit via a credit card (VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard).
The guarantee (the credit card data) is preserved by Azzato until the instrument and its accessories are returned by the hirer. A normal hiring wear is accepted.
- 4. If a change of instrument size proves to be necessary, the old instrument must be returned to Azzato. The due monthly fees will be refunded at this time in one only payment (month 4 and next ones).
A new hiring contract is then drawn up and a new guarantee will be required for an instrument of better adapted size.
- 5. Any adjustment or repair must be done by Azzato.
Repairs and breakings of strings will be charged to the hirer.
- 6. The instrument and its accessories remain the exclusive property of Azzato.
Any dispute falls within the exclusive competence of the Courts of the legal district of Brussels, Belgium

| Leasing (hiring with purchase option): |
- 1. You have the possibility of hiring a 4/4 (full size) musical instrument for one or two indivisible periods of 5 months
(2 x 5 months = 10 months or +/- one school year ).
- 2. One hiring period of 5 months costs 1/5th of the catalogue instrument value. The first 5-month period is paid at the signature of the contract.
- 3. The second 5-month period, as well as the balance are regulated each one by credit card (distant payment by VISA or EuroCard/MasterCard) at the limits, respectively after month 5 (You pay the second period) and month 10 (You pay the balance).
- 4. If after 5 or 10 months, you decide to return the instrument, the current contract as well as the related guarantee will be terminated in so far as the instrument was treated as a good father of family.
- 5. Any adjustment or repair must be done in by Azzato and will be charged to the hirer.
- 6. Possible transformations of the hired instruments are not included in the contract and will always be charged to the hirer, and are thus not included in this contract.
- 7. The instrument remains the exclusive property of Azzato unless the hirer did pay the total value of the hired instrument and its accessories.
- 8. Any dispute falls within the exclusive competence of the courts of the legal district of Brussels, Belgium.

| Equipment under test : |
An instrument can be carried for a test (one week maximum).
- 1. A guarantee of the value of the instrument is asked for. Cash or credit card only (VISA or MasterCard).
- 2. For agreement, the hirer authorizes Azzato SA to take the amounts due under the present contract by outputting the credit card. He also commits himself communicating any change regarding to the credit card (expiry date).
- 3. Without news on behalf of the hirer, we will proceed to the cashing of the guarantee at the expiry date.
